Dolphins | Team Lacking Intensity, Urgency

Armando Salguero, of the Miami Herald, reports the <A href="http://www.kffl.com/team/22/nfl">Miami Dolphins defense allowed the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to drive 78 yards on their first possession. It was the third consecutive road game where the defense allowed a team to drive a long distance for a score on the first possession. It was troubling for players who blamed the lack of success on the road on a lack of intensity and urgency early on in the games.

did you really need kffl to tell you that?

Not to mention we couldn't shut em down on third down if our life depended on it.

I'm really starting to rethink the Surtain trade. Without him, our secondary will continue to be lackadasical.

We need to actually stop a team on their first drive of the game. This just gives the home team momentum. Especially when we follow it up with a punt on our drive.

Exactly!!!!

I was at ray-jay and saw the same thing. Sorry fellow Fin fans we got sold a line of bull with the two wins against Denver and Carolina. I'm afraid this is the REAL Fins for 2005. :shakeno:
