Dolphins Tied For Last N Las Vegas Win Totals

No surprise we're bottom of that pile, although ff we do end up bottom we'd have worked very damn hard to get fewer wins that the Bungles. They looked primed for an absolute shitshow.

Pretty sure @ckprrothead had a great stat that Vegas is absolutely terrible at projecting the lowest win total. Like 3 in the last 20 or 30 years.

Listen to the last 3YPC podcast. They point out how in recent years teams like the 2015 Redskins, who even beat guys were thinking 0-16, went 9-7 and won the East.

Their betting lines are based off a bell curve, so thats why they don't get the lowest team (or the highest team) exactly right very often.

Five wins does seem a little optimistic heading into the draft. Then again, 11 for New England is likely low. These are pretty conservative "guesses" at this point.

A lot will depend on the draft, though. Miami has an opportunity to really build the defensive line. As much as the team needs a quarterback, unless Haskins drops, I'd look d-line in the first two rounds and then hopefully find some good mid-round offensive lineman.

With Fitzpatrick as the starting quarterback we'll see a lot of turnovers, but maybe a few wow games here and there that the Dolphins win unexpectedly.
