Dolphins to make a quick turn around??

I think we can surprise a lot of people this year because we dont have the same pressure as we did last year when we were expected to do well.

i think we can deffinantly do pretty well especially with the acquisition of trent green, that should greatly improve our chances of success i think.

I love the positive attitude. Why not us? I think this team is able of pulling it off. Watch out!

The AFC is much too strong for them to make the playoffs in this season with the current state of the offense and the new faces that they have involved with the team. Next year when Cameron is settled in, Ted Ginn and other key draft picks have developed and hopefully the core of guys like Jason Taylor and Zach Thomas are still playing at a high level, is when they could make a run at the division. Especially if the Patriots lost guys like Harrison, Bruschi, Vrabel and some of their key pieces.

We will have to wait and see, last year we were supposed to win superbowl.

If we had a better QB and O-Coordinator last year, we might have. Did you see how we played the eventual Superbowl champs...with a 1st time starting QB, and an O-coordinator that was way over his head.

Doesn't matter i was talking about all the offseason hype.

I like the way this guy thinks. I haven't seen this posted already if so i apologize. I think we are headed in the same direction as other teams who have made a quick rise to the top.

What do you guys think?

Overall a good article, however the writer was way off when he compared the Jets and the dolphins defenses. He said we both have strong, playmaking defenses...You cannot compare the Jets defense to the Dolphins. The Jets do not have a strong, playmaking defense as quoted in the article...Everything else I agree with

Truly positve is right...........But I would feel more confident that The Fins covered all the bases with an open competion at the QB position during Training Camp between Green and Cleo......Is that too much in the asking?

The pieces are definately coming together... this will be an exciting year and great things will happen!

Gosh, I sound like a fortune cookie...

You make a lot sense dude. While I think we'll be improved our record may not show it very much. A 7-9 record this year but offensive improvement would show to me we are poised to make a run in 2008, 2009 & 2010. By then I expect ZT & JT will have retired and we may have offense but need some defensive help. Hopefully we can win a SB in that window of opportunity.
