What matters is what he can do while he's on the run and facing challenges from a DB.
Bottom line is the guy has a 10 cent head. He doesn't run with confidence or like he knows what he's doing. He never stood out as being that great at UF and Dallas Baker honestly looked better. He went to the Combine and ran a 4.32, showed off some good hands, and suddenly people think the guy is a deep threat...even though he averaged less than 10 yards per catch in his final year of college.
I'll pass. Maybe the Dolphins are desperate for a red zone threat. If so, I suppose you can take Chad Jackson.
