The preseason week one matchup against the Atlanta falcons will air on NFL NETWROK on Saturday August 13th at 1pm esT.

Just a heads up for everyone that isnt in the local market and wont be able to see the game otherwise.

The dolphins site says the game is on the 12th at 7:30, is this a delayed airing?

yes thats when the game is live but i dont believe its a nationally televised game so unless your in sofla i dont believe that it will be aired live anywhere. Could be wrong but thats my understanding
 
Damn that sucks I'm going to be in Atlanta for the Bobby Cox retirement ceremony which is happening at the same time
 
i scrolled the guide on NFLN and it showed 1pm saturday aug. 13th

You don't gameplan for your opponent in preseason. Which is what he means by not preparing.
 
This is going to be my first live Dolphins game. I never lived in the Miami area and I just moved to Atlanta a few weeks ago. I am so glad that I had the chance to grab these tickets and that the dolphins are playing here! Now that the Falcons are going to be my second team I root for, I get to see both my teams for the first time. This here long-time Dolphin fan will be very happy.
 
If no NFL network

By the way, if your cable company doesn't carry NFL network like mine.! You can go to NFL network on NFL.com and for $20 get all the pre season games on your pc. Not bad if your really wanting to see the preseason games.

never got how people could have two teams. dont get me wrong i will root for another team to win, but i bleed aqua and orange.
 
According to what I've found, the nfl network re-airs are:

Saturday, Aug. 13
1 p.m.: Miami Dolphins at Atlanta Falcons

Saturday, Aug. 20
1 p.m.: Carolina Panthers at Miami Dolphins

Sunday, Aug. 28
11 p.m.: Miami Dolphins at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Friday, September 2
8 p.m.: Dallas Cowboys at Miami Dolphins
