Dolphins waived/injured WR Tab Perry.

Perry, 26, tore his Achilles last weekend, unbeknownced to the Miami media. It's a crippling injury and one that threatens to end his career. Perry has always had intriguing skills for offense and special teams, but has been one of the most injury plagued players in the league since 2005.

The Dolphins today waived Tab Perry after apparently sustaining a Torn Achilles on May 24, Davone Bess just has a much better chance to make this team. The Tuna is serious about not having injury prone players.

tuna is serious about not having injury prone players? really???
why'd he sign him in the 1st place then...

One of most overhyped signings this offseason. When a guy has more injuries than catches ots a sure sign that u are wasting your time. Sorry for the guy but he should have never been signed.

what the hell is that supposed to mean?? you're
just spewing more nonsense...
he signed a player to a 1 year deal and he has a season ending injury what the hell is he going to do with him...?

Im not tying to spew any non sense. Tuna has waived Mormino, Perry and Worrell all for injru reasons. Im entitled to my opinion, but it is not nonsense. The Dolphins are serious about having a healthy team come Sept. Do the research and you will see why the Tune Weight Rooms are so intense. He workouts player hard say they stay healthy.

No injury prone players? Does that mean Joe Toledo will never be back?

Anyone still wondering why Miami didn't trade JT for Lito Sheppard? Sheppard is always injured. Since entering the league in 02 he has just one 16 game season under his belt.

Reminds one of David Boston :shakeno:

I'd just like to point out that Perry has not been outright released. You cannot cut a player that was just injured. Instead, he is "waived/injured" and once he clears waivers (which they always so since they're out for the season) he'll be placed on injured reserve. It's possible he'll get an injury settlement at some point, but for now Perry is a member of the Dolphins and will just go to IR.

Considering he's a Packer, doubtful.

sure it is... again.. if he doesn't want injury prone players like you say then why did he sign perry , a player who has played 4 games in 2 years to a contract?

he released/waived perry whatever because he only signed a 1 year contract, what the hell is he going to do with him???

cameron worrell is a bum, tore his acl in week 13 last year. wasn't going to play this year and had/has no future in this league, I'm sure they save some money by not placing him on ir.. same thing with mormino, failed a physical, not any good to begin with.. let's see how tough tuna is when a henne or merling etc.. get injured. think he's going to release them? didn't think so
cut the b.s.
