To make room on their roster for the three, the Dolphins waived wide receiver Anthony Armstrong, offensive lineman Trey Darilek, and linebacker Rob Ninkovich.

The Dolphins today also signed the following five players to the practice squad: cornerback Will Billingsley, wide receiver Jayson Foster, offensive tackle Daren Heerspink, running back Lex Hilliard and tight end Matthew Mulligan. All five were with the Dolphins in training camp this year before being waived on Saturday

Poor Darilek the guy never seems to hang on. Interesting to see Ninkovich released and I really like are PS guys.

I am very shocked to see Darilek cut. Not because he was anything special, but because he could play everywhere on the line.

WOW Darilek.....guess that bad snap has been assigned to someone after all. Saw both the new guys listed as G/C so that makes some sense except they are pretty raw...let's hope our O-line stays healthy. Congrats to Parmale and Dotson for sticking so far. With Heerspink on the practice squad I think that's it for Darilek!

I think the practice squad can be eight players... so the Fins may be hoping to sneak these three guys (that were cut) through waivers and sign them to the practice squad.

Jayson Foster didnt earn a spot on the PS. He did nothing in camp/the preseason. I guess its customary to have at least one DB on the squad, which is why Billingsley made it. Because he too was nothing special.

Pretty surprised that Darilek went over Ndukwe.

I guess thats it for the waiver claims.

Oh, and heres to Kendall Langford taking number 93 IMMEDIATELY. #70 is ghastly on a defensive lineman.

Darilek is not eligible, and I don't think Ninkovich is either.
