Dolphins will be rebuilt by bunch of Cowboys

Wonderful stat about Ireland's drafts. Hitting on late-round picks will be just as crucial as those on the first day. Im getting pumped.

Senior Bowl this week, let the process begin!

23 of 24 of Ireland's picks made the team out of training camp and 18 were on the roster in last weeks playoff game. I cannot tell you how good that sounds. to be able to build a team through the draft is something we have been looking for for a number of years.

That is why I love that these guys will be at the Senior Bowl this week.
 
wow... i think that is an amazing stat regarding his draft picking/scouting skills. Hopefully he makes that impact here and turns this around. thanks again for the article, great find.

With as poor as our roster is right now, I bet he'll be batting 1000 with the next two years worth of picks. :lol::lol:

This is a big reason why I wanted Randy Mueller to go. He had a long history of not doing well with second day picks. He would either completely whiff on a pick, or he would deal the player away only to see the player do better with his new team.

You can't whiff on second-day picks on a rebuilding team.
