how? with what ammo? you're talking a mike ditka ricky williams type trade up. NO way to we give up our next 2 drafts.Trade up
No such thing as costly if it lands you a franchise elite signal caller, IMO. And you have to factor in that we haven't had anything remotely close to that in two decades.Trading up is too costly.
Would probably take:how? with what ammo? you're talking a mike ditka ricky williams type trade up. NO way to we give up our next 2 drafts.
what the hell do we have to lose. if he is the guy, then you do whatever it takes to get himRead somewhere that we would have to give up at least (2)1st (1) 2nd and (1) 3rd to move up to number 1 (at a minimum).
Based on this looking at our last 2 drafts, would you trade:
Charles Harris (1st rd, 2017), Raekwon McMillan (2017, 2nd rd), Minkah Fitzpatrick (1st rd, 2018), and Jerome Baker (3rd rd, 2018)
For Kyler Murray?? I know I would.
No way man, you lost me when you mentioned Fitz and Baker...those guys are part of our defensive core going forward.
Idk why some fans still over value our draft picks as much as they do. I’d get it if we’ve routinely hit on our picks and get a super star in each draft, but man sometimes you just have to roll the dice. It’s like people automatically assume our 1st and 2nd round picks are going to be like OBJ. I’m pretty sure it’s likely it be more like Michael Egnew.
