She went crazy at the officers, that's why she got arrested.
I believe that if you have lived in the property for over 6 months, you have a right to stay at the property. And the divorce has not been finalized yet.
I remember my friend, he was trying to get his girlfriend kicked out of his own place, and the police told him that he would need to take it to court because she can't just make her get out of his property, especially after living there with her name on the mailing address for over 6 months.

Its funny, my wife was the nurse that delivered one of his kids at her hospital years ago when he was playing. She would come home and say his wife was such a sweet girl and he was such a jerk.
