hasn't that been his advice to every head coach we have had since he retired??? lol...

It wasn't for lack of trying. He spent 1st or 2nd rd picks on running backs (David Overstreet, Lorenzo Hampton, Troy Stradford, Sammy Smith) and defensive players (John Bosa, Eric Kumerow, Rick Graf).

Shula sounds great for being as old as he is.. I still would let him be my adviser if I owned the team..
