This guy single handedly kept us in the football game when our offense could not produce........im thinking a contract extension

He did OK. He had atleast 2 touchbacks in that game though that I remember and the wind was houling. Not to take anything away from Donnie, but I don't completely agree.

Ronnie Brown + Welker + a few key defensive plays made this game.

Welker is always a bright spot. Subtract the fumble and he had a pretty good day. leads the team in receiving just about every week, always giving 100%... picks up critical first downs. i wish we'd get him a TD

Hell yeah, lots of energy from that guy. He takes a hit and pops right up.

Donnie Jones, great punter. Maybe the next Reggie Roby......in due time ofcourse. :D

I wouldn't go that far with that bold statement. But his excellent punts certainly helped with field position when the team certainly needed it.

Donnie Jones is a good punter, but far from a great punter. I think a great punter has to pin teams back inside the 10...even the 5. How many of Jones' punts ended up in the endzone when he had the opportunity to pin the Titans deep in their own territory? He's got a booming leg and can blast the ball when he needs to, but when we need him to finesse a kick inside the 5 like Heintrich did a few times today, Jones just can't do it.

Donnies Jones did well, but I still think Heintrich is one of the best in the game.
