The draft will cost us $1.622M on the cap. #1 is $1.776M, #2 is $828K, and #4 is $548K. That's all that counts as the bottom 10 players on our top 51 are all at #510K. Subtract that with them dropping ou6, and we are left with $1.622M as a fi9nal cost. That means we will have $1.4M left over from Wheeler.

With that and Delmas, the updated cap space is just under $15M. We still need to subtract Moore and Walton, al0og with Injury money for the season. Then there may b Crabtree. There is not going to be much left

.

What other positions do you want to sign after the flurry of activity yesterday?

I think there are some wide-bodied DT's of good value left, but IF the team signs a WR, I could see RB, OG, MLB and CB being all that remains for openings. Those holes can be filled in on draft day.

I'm guessing that Moore and Walton will cost around $5M combined. Subtract the bottom 2, and the cost would be $4M, Brings us to $11M..

If we sit aside the $5M for injuries and sign Crabtree, we're down to #3M. Not much to play with.

I would have interest in Spikes and maybe McClain IF the price is right, and we may still have CB Robinson on our radar, think he's still out there. That's about it for now. We may need to try and clear some more space.

Signed with SD, 1yr 3mil.

Spikes should be on this team, as should crabtree.

We get another 3 mil or so june 1 for wheeler so that will help with draft.

Things will change again.

can always restructure a contract....but I think we covered our bases here.

Moore and Delmas were huge get backs IMO. Sets us up for the draft nice IMO.

McClain signed with NE also. I think were done making moves in FA and I would not count the Crabtree signing not sure that is going to happen.

WR and G should have been addressed in FA. Going to be tough filling all our holes in the draft if yesterday was the end of FA for us. How often do you see 4-5 draft picks starting year 1?

I will just reiterate what Tannenbaum said about FA and G/RB. Something along the lines of not looking for these spots in FA.

So WR obviously still possibility because dime a dozen and they always become available at any point in offseason.
