With the Dolphins signing Carey, Bell, Wilson and Crowder, we will have many options in the 1st. Yes we still have a need at WR, G, LB and CB. With Smiley and Thomas coming back, Guard is not so much of a priority. With Wake coming into the fold, hopefully we have someone to help Joey with pass rushing duties. Wilson gives another hard hitting safety. So as is their philosophy, Parcells and Co. are going to go for the best player available. Harvin, Mack, and possibly Malaluga(although I doubt it) could all be there. Also trading back, aquiring more picks is a strong possibility.

Yeah, I hope we draft a center in the first round or our early 2nd round pick. We also need a stud Corner to go with our new Safety Tandem

I have a feeling that this draft is setting up for us to a Corner with our first pick. We have our starting safties signed, so if we pick a safety it will be for depth and therefore in the 5th round or later. The O-line can be addressed in FA (Brown still a possibility) or in the 2nd round. LB is still a need (for pass rushing reasons), but you never know. If DJ Moore is there, I think he is the pick.

I see this being Joey Porter's last year with the Dolphins. He is under contract for more years but I think we will trade or cut him next offseason.

I also believe that that Matt Roth will be traded this year.

Therefore I would not be surprised if the Dolphins draft Conor Barwin with the 25th pick. Assunming the Patriots don't grab him first.

If we get jason brown, I think the pick will be hakeem nicks or clint sintim

I really hope we can trade down for more picks in the 2nd.

Agreed. I would love a combo of guys like Darius Butler, Sintim and Wood. i think we could make it happen. I would love if the staff would either be set with SS, find a later round C, or sign J Brown. I would love to have a Center in FA. Get Nicks, Sintim and Butler/ Mocho Harris.

getting these guys back definitely makes it more interesteing, and makes me curious how early Miami might actually reach for that WR.

dont forget we need an instinctive ILB that gets into the backfield to play next to Crowder... gotta see who is around!!! CB/C otherwise!!!

this is the first year, where seriously, i have no effin idea what's gonna happen come draft day...

center, WR, CB and OLB are ALL options with our first pick... once we draft this guy the other players will be easier to predict but right now wow... i have no effin clue (sort of speak)

with the safety position locked down and the o-line set at tackle.... i can see the team trading down to aquire more picks... the salary cap could be a problem getting more F/A signed this year and in the future... i think there could be a trade down to get more players who could be a cheaper and quite possibly better replacement for some of the aging vets on defense... porter, holliday, will allen, and adoyle are all vets who could be in jeapordy come the 2010 season... IMO this could be the last season for all 4; especially if the regime finds possible solutions come the 2009 draft... i feel the real value of the 2009 draft comes in round #2... so a trade down is very possible knowing how BP runs things!!!!

You guys are forgetting the NT that is much needed!
