The only place the dolphins will have the chance to draft hardy, assuming they dont trade down, is with the 32nd pick. While you can debate all day that the Fins have bigger needs than a wideout, he's a huge target. While many people will knock him for his speed, he still is the biggest threat of any WR in the draft 40 yards down field. Personally I don't think he'll have any problem getting off the line because he's got long arms and he's pretty strong for a wideout despite looking a little frail. If a QB can't throw a fade to Hardy in the red zone then they're not an NFL quarterback. I have met Hardy when I worked with the IU football in training camp and some of the season as an athletic training student. I can tell you that he worked harder than any other player in practice and put in more time after practice than anyone.
This is not much of a highlight reel but the last highlight is the most impressive and it gives an idea of how much bigger Hardy is than Justin King from Penn St.

As far as the character issues, I think he has acknowledged his mistake and is moving past it. He is a very focused individual that has made his goal playing in the NFL. I think he'll be the best WR in the draft, maybe not right away but he has the biggest upside.
