Draft James Laurinaitis!

Laurinitis is more like 6'2" 230 not 244. Just because his dad is the former "Animal" of the former WCW Tag Team Wrestlers "The Roadwarriors" is no reason to want him. His dad's name is Joe Laurinitis. Neat story but I doubt James Laurinitis makes it in the NFL. He says if he doesn't make it in the NFL he will also become a Professional Wrestler like his dad was.

James has great instincts and is always around the ball.but he has a ways to go to have the NFL body to play LB.....

He is listed at 6'3" 244 on the Buckeye web site. Have you seen him play? He is only 5 games into his Soph. season. Has 4 int's already and is always around the ball. He will be the next great Ohio State linebacker. I would want him once he is more seasoned, not just yet though

And if you believe the sizes published by the teams you'd believe anything. Colleges always exaggerate players sizes. They have since the beginning of time. Almost like Texas Tech when they listed Zach Thomas as being 6'0" when he is 5'9"

whatever you say dude:shakeno:

he was 6'2 230 coming out of high school and I am sure he has grown

Laurinitis impressed me last night. Wouldn't surprised me if he inherited his dad's nastyness.

He's been playing great for his first few starts ever....but you guys are over-rating him at this point in his career. He's had a couple "gimmie" picks and has been caught out of positon in coverage and has taken some bad angles of pursuit. He probably will have these problems ironed out by the time his ready for the NFL, and is progressing every week, but there is no need to make this much fuss about him right now. He is also lining up next too a very young and very talented group of linebackers and has probably the best DT duo in the country keeping blockers off of him. Those factors are a big part of his success to this point. He might end up being a blue chip prospect, but as of now, why don't we talk about someone who may actually be a target for us, because who knows what our team needs will be when he'll be in the draft.

DefensiveEnd you have no clue what your talking about. Have you seen him play? Obviously not, he makes great wraps up and is on every play. He does want to play football.

Saban4prez- I stand by the fact Quinn is overated. Why would the Dolphins draft a QB when we need help on defense. Zach will probably be with the team 2 more years, we need to get James down in South Florida.
