I know everyone is tired of the subject, but i was thinking.......Why aren't all contracts for the first 10 picks undisclosed? Wouldn't this help all the nonsense?

Undisclosed contracts always get out eventually.

The best solution is the NBA's. The contracts are preset in the first round. Number 1 gets X and Number 2 gets 2, etc. Seems like this would end the rookie holdouts as well as set the expectations for later rounds. Might also motivate college players to be the best because they would know the rewards.

Ronnie brown and his agent are complaining they are not getting a fair percentage of gaureenteed money compaired to caddy and alex smith. below i highlighted some examples where lower picks recieved more gaureenteed money than players picked before them. Ronnie and his agent need to unstand this and also realize 19mill is ALOT of money. so just sign the dam thing.

22. Ravens

yeah but none of the top 10...

While I think Ronnie should be there, I think the blame is on the Dolphins right now. They seem to be lowballing Brown. 19mil may be a lot of money, but hey 5 mil is alot of money also and I don't expect someone to sign for that much less than what he should be making.

I agree. This is getting ridiculous.

The NBA system guarantees the entire amount of the contract. You don't want to see that happen.

well i agree i think the front office is messing up " is speilman workin on this deal for it has all the makings of a rick and dave episode" wow ! i just quoted myself. well "a quote isnt a quote until it has been quoted. " this ronnie brown situation is getting old already.

Yes but they are much shorter contracts and cheaper even considering the lower salary cap.
