Draft upside

I read a good article from a publication that a NFL scout that said 5 players with the most upside/ potential in this year's draft that are hard to judge are:
Peterson, Okoye, Carriker, Landry and Ginn.
He said Ginn is the toughest to predict because of his inexperience at WR, but his speed is amazing.
He would be the fastest WR in the NFL which is hard to ignore.

Ginn has the MOST upside b/c he is so raw and the abilty for everything from speed (u can't teach), route running, explosiveness etc etc.

How are Carriker and Landry hard to judge? They've been starting for years for two of top teams in the nation. I would say that they are probably two of the safest first round picks in the draft. You know exactly what you're gonna get with these two.

Wow, really? There's absolutely ZERO way to prove this..
