I have a client who's son Trevor Reilly played for both the pats and the phins. What he told me is that the difference is every single person on the patriots is held accountable and the players buy in to that. On the dolphins that accountability and belief that they will be great didn't exist. I don't know if that's the patriots way but it sure seems to make a big difference every year.
