Now I have been hearing alot of people mention Dungy is going to bench his starters. I for one am not positive on it, all I know is from word of mouth. But why would Dungy do this? Now I for one want the Colts to lose, to keep the Miami Dolphins record intact. But if I were Dungy I would be busting my *** to go undefeated. I understand a Superbowl is the initial goal, but every year a team wins the Superbowl, an NBA championship, a World Series, and a Stanley Cup. Only ONCE in history has a professional sports team gone undefeated. I think I would put that before the Superbowl, then focus on winning the Superbowl.

I think Dungy would prefer to bench his starters. And I would, too. What's the point of going undefeated if your players are not healthy enough to win the Super Bowl. Besides, ask Manning if he prefers a ring or an undefeated record.

Manning: I wish we had gone un- *looks down at SB ring* Um.... what were you saying?

What are the odds they can't finish out the season and still proceed through the playoffs? I think if they can't do that then they don't deserve a ring. What if they were fighting for a playoff spot right now? Then they actually had to play the entire season, would they then not stand a chance to win the Superbowl?

That's why Tony waited until he clinched the division and top spot, that way he doesn't have to worry about it.

I think he will bench them when they play Seattle. Their is a good chance they meet in the Super Bowl and Dungy doesnt want to show them anything.
