I don't know if there is another coach in the NFL that I've seen that had more people gobbleing his knob than Dungy. I'm not saying he's not a good coach. He is. But good greif...If I have to hear another commentator repeat how much he personifies "Dignaty" I'm going to spew burrito chunks. Like he personifies dignaty more than Schula, or Laundry, or Knoll, or even Cowher.

I swear it's like Kennedy just died again or somthing.

I agree. Dungy seems like a nice enough guy, but hardly deserving of all the effusive praise he gets as a coach and as a person.

I always liked Dungy....he never seemed to look for the spotlight, he just wanted to coach some football and teach some men while he was at it.

I half expect Mort or another talking head to break down crying holding rosary beads when talking of his retirement.

The media slurpage is almost as ridiculous as that for Favre. Perhaps if Favre retires, they can unite and bring an end to world hunger and bring peace to the Middle East.
