Mark Duper -- who will take a random Dolphins fan in a limousine to today's game as part of a Motorola sweepstakes -- is considering asking the Dolphins to ''intern'' as an assistant receiver's coach. '' Chris Chambers is a great receiver [but] his concentration has to be much higher,'' said the 46-year-old Duper, who runs a Jacksonville apartment complex. ``They need someone to teach him to run routes.''
