Eager to see Charles Clay

I rewatched the first drive just now, and Lex Hilliard fell down twice on two separate plays for no reason at all. He just lost his balance. And that's only the first drive...

The first time, he was lead block on Reggie Bush's first carry and could've sealed off the safety, instead Lex tripped over his own feet.

Another time, when Henne was sacked, Lex ran toward the td marker, turned around and fell down...

If anyone has the video, I will do a Lex falling down montage.

So yeah, I'm eager to see what Charles Clay can do.

Yeah I saw all that too. I'm not digging Hilliard. He almost didn't get that 4th down he converted. He blows.

Him and Harline must rock the same cleats. I don't know what it is though..our players seem to fall a lot..you would think different atleast on our own field.

Hilliard is 2011 version of Patrick Cobbs. Coaches favorite that has questionable talent.

I remember on some wet fields last year, they were falling all over the place. The reason is they used short cleats to avoid leg injuries ... the cleats give & aren't "caught" in the ground when they get hit in the legs.

Maybe they're using short cleats on dry ground as well ... same affect if their cleats aren't biting into the surface.

No doubt, there's an awful lot of slipping & sliding going on for well over a year now!!

Its known that some coaches will have player's cleats inspected & make them change them.
