I will stand up and eat my crow because I deserve it. I was totally wrong for wanting to trade Chris Chambers and draft picks (not our 1st) for Randy Moss before the Raiders traded for him. After Chambers' break out run during our five game winning streak I have changed my mind. I really think he will be a superstar for the rest of his career here and his contract doesn't look too bad at all now.

We should have done whatever it took to get Randy Moss.
This guy is better than Rice in his prime, IMO. 2 catches for 100+ yards already?!? Barring injury he will be labled the top 1-2 ever with only Jerry Rice to debate about. I would have traded Chambers our 2nd (acquired from KC) and any and every pick (within reason) to get him on our team. How about using a couple of the picks Rick Spielman pi$ed away (2nd for Feeley, 3rd for Lamar Gordon, etc.,etc.,etc.) and landing a sure thing for a change? Just think Moss/Boston/Booker/Welker/Gibson (to fill in when needed). Not to knock Chambers, he is a very good NFL receiver, and I REALLY hope he has his "BREAKOUT" year now!!! But Randy Moss is not someone you miss out on when you are rebuilding/reloading, JMO.

since its christmas.....i think i need to admit also....i need to eat crow.......i wanted chambers cut after some of the games this year....i was wrong.....you better save this post, cause its the only time it will happen.
 
Did no one see all the drops Chambers had yesterday? He still can make that great circus catch but he is going to kill some drives in every game. Watch the other team's #1 reciever and see how many they drop....well, ignore the tight ends for TN yesterday.

I think he only droped one pass that he had a real chance to catch...the others would have been circus catches cos Gus missed him.

i think i will eat some turkey or spam but no crow for me , thank you, sincew there is football today i may just have beer and preztels , oh wait i am retiring from hell raising , never mind.
