Manning over Vick. Vick has pretty mcuh proved that he isn't gonna be threat in the passing game, only in the running game. The Falcons are making excuses because Vick has developed as a QB and he will likely not ever be fully developed. Once he is old and not as fast, then I doubt that he would be starting anymore. Atleast Manning can be a threat and he should be ready to shine next season.
