"oh no you didn't"
Didn't you get the memo? I'm apparently the biggest troll on this board.
I think part of it is that on another board I visit, the whole tone is different over there. People don't pull punches and we get pretty brutal with each other, which, more than not, fuels really dynamic, fun, and challenging back and forth between posters. I've seen posters brutally troll each other in one thread, and totally pat each other on the back in another thread.
Ironically, the other board, get this, is a Phish fan forum. I kid you not. We talk about EVERYTHING on that board, though. Politics, entertainment, sports, what we had for lunch (literally). It's just a fun place to go converse with other human beings. This board is handled like the target audience is children and old ladies, as if posters are gonna sue the board-runners if their panties get in a bunch. When Phish plays a concert that is less than inspiring (vs what the band has done historically), posters get brutal on the band and posters that fluff crap. People get more bent on Phish's guitar player than people on this board get mad at Ireland for wrecking a proud franchise.
So sometimes, as I'm often posting on both sites at the same time, I let my phantasytour.com/phish tone seep into my finheaven posts. Then I get banned for a day.
