You just cannot be a professional organization and put that level of incompetence on the field. That offensive line cannot play in a high school game! I know I’m a broken record I don’t give a crap this coaching staff has got to go also the fact that they kick a field goal when you can’t even complete a 5 yard pass without the wind catching the ball shows you their stupidity.

This really deserved its own thread?

I just don't understand how Austin Jackson remains on the field. I understand that he elevated himself from worst player in the NFL at LT, to one of the worse players in the NFL at LG. But does that warrant this guaranteed with no competition starting gig he has?

I'd like to see what some of the undraftees have, particularly Larnell Coleman and Robert Jones.

It has the feeling of a Mob “no-show job” type of thing.

Edit: would we be better off if he didn’t show up?

We have a game day thread for a reason
Exactly what does discussing the OL have to do with the game day thread? The OL has been terrible all season and certainly not just today. They need to upgrade every position on the OL or the Dolphins are going to be a mediocre team until they have at least an average OL.

The team needs a real OL coach first, IMO. The current guy clearly can't coach his way out of a wet paper bag.

The problem is Flores is on his 4th OL coach in 2 years and it‘s obvious no quality offensive line coach wants to work for him. He really doesn’t have a single high quality assistant coach on his coaching staff.

Yes, Flores' coaching hires are a serious problem. It doesn't look like any of them can do their damn job.

I don’t know if it’s more embarrassing that we’ve made no attempt to replace Jesse Davis in 3 years or that Austin Jackson is still starting
