Endzone Logo

Can someone explain why some teams, Dolphins included, just have white stripes in the endzone.

Probably the Hurricanes. When the Canes have a home game, and we're on the road, then they have the entire field painted, EZs included.

Hopefully after this Thursday, we'll be getting EZ logos, since the Canes go on the road for their last two games.

Exactly. The Miami Hurricanes are still playing home games, so they can't paint the endzone until there season is over.

I've always wondered why they don't just write Miami in orange, in a font that could suit both teams. I think it looks kind of pathetic that we have to share our stadium between 3 teams and can't have logos on our field when it is OUR stadium after all.

The Steelers do it too, i guess because the Pitt Panthers play at Heinz Field?

The Temple Owls play at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia but they dont even get their own logos

The EZ hasnt been painted at all this season I dont think. Even when the canes play away.

I don't think it's a priority issue. The U plays a day before the Dolphins do, so I imagine they don't either have the time, ability or desire to paint the Dolphins logo in the endzone.

I like the design as it is. Either way, it's still the end zone. So long as the Dolphins get into it, the end zone could be painted pink and have dandelions all over it, I wouldn't care.

I know it's for the hurricanes, but those white stripes are starting to get annoying. Even my son said they looked lame.

We at least need to put the Dolphins logo back on there.
