I am sure that every "Dolfan" has who they feel will be an excellent coach for our Dolphins. Yelling and screaming at each other isn't gunna resolve any issues that we have no control over anyways. This is the beginning of a VERY long offseason. We need a HC, an OC and a laundry list of players to make this team competitve again.

I understand everybody is just giving their opinion, but some people are just taking it to personal. Just respect the other persons opinion and let it be....

Whats my opinion? Glad you asked...lol.

I have no idea why we are interviewing coaching failures....coaches who have failed in the past (Shula Jr.), and will probably bring the same losing attitude that they failed with before. Why not go after new blood? Why not go with somebody that is hungry that wants the shot...to bring somebody here that is dedicated to winning and loyal without giving them complete control (i.e. Coach Satin). I mean look at the Coach "whats his name" (patriot humor) at the Jets....and the Coach at New Orleans...to be honest before the season started...hell...halfway through the season...didn't really know of them...and look what they did. Now look at the retreads...Green...Shell....with all due respect....they sucked. I vote for new blood....

Now I know...its coming...but its just an opinion.

Have a great day.

Isn't that why Brian Shottenheimer was interviewed before he removed his name from consideration?

Agreed but I wouldn't mind giving somebody a second chance like Mora or Gailey.....Shula would be my outside canidate

Good post about courtesy, people get way to personal around here. Guilty of it myself on occasion.

Care to elaborate on exactly WHO your "new blood" is? Seems like its one thing to say we shouldn't hire "old blood", but if you want "new blood" then why not say who that is? Would love to find out.

Sure....now let it be known...that when I say new blood...I am talking about NFL. I would of liked to see the Pitt guy come over (I am not to good with names) and was dissapointed to see him go to AZ, but the guy from MN...Tomlin I think his name was would be good.

I would just hate to see somebody come over and try the same system that got them relieved of their duties and try it over here.

I was also thinking about this "total control". My opinion as silly as it may sound is if you want total control....let me see your fingers....oops....no Super Bowl rings....no total control. Prove yourself first...then we will talk.
