Guys please....i know the offseason is really boring but the last guy we need to pay big bucks to is edge.....im really surprised to see how little trust some fin fans have with Ronnie Brown....The guy can play and can be top 5 in this league....he shared carries last year and almost racked up 1000....after 1 yr under his belt he'll be much much better

having ricky here was a luxury...if a 1 yr suspension is true then we must move on....if not then he comes back...but we have need areas in other positions....and edge wants more money....time to either draft a guy late to be a backup or have sammy and travis minor as backups....

so please no more edge to Miami...it will never happen....QUOTE ME ON THAT!

we were lucky to have what we had last yr.....and if he plays this year this will happen for a yr or 2 max.....ronnie brown is the future of this franchise....he was the #2 pick of the draft for a reason and it's his time to shine....i love the kid and really feel he'll be a monster.....this suks that ricky is gone but atleast this time we have an answer...in 2003 we had travis minor...in 2006 we have the HUMMER
 
I dont think we need two franchise quality backs, but I dont think that Saban would be against signing or drafting a quality backup. Saban has always been about a multi-back system.
 
i just hope ppl talk about things that can really happen this yr.....let's keep talking about our need positions and those guys we should sign.....im a canes fan and love edge too but it's ridic to see that

Oh yeah there's a hot topic, he's been our hot topic for 3 years now: Ricky Williams, and his on again off again relationship with the Dolphins. The latest rumor will keep the forum busy for a week or so I'm sure.
