Camarillo's catch and nice little move last night alone tells me that he is still good on his leg, is still hungry and still gives the extra effort. I see us keeping 4 wr's with a possible fifth for sts.

Hartline in my opinion has proven himself and will continue to. Him and Ginn will start.

Cam in my opinion just seems to be more evident than Bess esp last night. bess is still a solid guy who is a work horse but Cam i beleive still has earned his spot above him.

Bess and cam will both continue to be solid slot wrs. This FO is really high on good atitudes and extra effort. Cam defines that. i beleive we have our 4 guys now. I dont know what will happen between turner and london but i dont think they are in the running to get a lot of game day snaps.

So keep Turner inactive? That means no red zone threat, no fade threat, no tall guy to go up and get it. In that case we dress three possession receivers and a burner...

Not saying I'm ok or not ok with that - just sayin'

Here's how I see the WR group this season:

Ginn and Hartline will be your 1 & 2 WR's. Bess will play the slot, Camarillo will be the fourth guy who can play some slot and be a #2 WR if needed. Of course this is assuming that Camarillo doesn't get put on PUP. Finally, Turner rounds out the group as the 5th WR.

i thinkthey are not using cam because the coaches know what he can do and they want new players to get the reps. i expect the first few games we wil get a heavy dose of camarillo. our oponents wont be including him in their gameplan because he hasnt played much in preseason. but we all know hes one of pennys fav targets.

Ginn - starter
Hartline - starter
Bess - slot
Camarillo - backup, still recovering from knee injury
Turner - red zone threat

I was very glad to see Camarillo on the field and make that move. But did anyone else think he looked SLOOOOOOOOOOOW on that long run?

Slow or not..He always find a way to get open and beat his defender !!!

Camarillo has always been slow, but last night you could tell that he had lost a step. Again, Camarillo probably won't be himself again until next season.

we all know cam isnt the fastest but neither is bess or harline. IMO cam is still a solid threat and playmaker when it counts.

i do think we go with turner inactive and have "no redzone threat" i think our threat is still the TE's. However, if Turner cements himself into a few special teams packages i think we keep him active. I do not under any circumstances see this coach bringing 5 active wrs unless the 5th is there for special teams.

Yeah, just let Cam be Cam and try not to push him this year. He may never be himself again after that injury but expecting him to be that while playing only 9 months after a knee injury would be folly.

I don't worry about Cam being slow because he still has savvy and I think he will be able to contribute in small bits. Ricky Proehl was slow and that guy still carved out a very long NFL career in many very good offenses.

Worked last year.

Just a week ago or so, Camarillo said himself that he is not 100%. He had a bit of a limp when he was running after the catch last night

I dont care what any of you guys say Greg is our best WR if it was not for that acl and TGJ comes 2nd if he really is better with running within the 40 yards of penny throws. Heartfart has really surprise me but his nickname will stay.

Everything who is saying Cam was always slow seems to have forgotten him outrunning the entire Baltimore defense a couple years ago.

I'm not down on the guy, but he definitely is slower now than he used to be.
