ESPN article on taylors practice...

Sparano said he and Taylor discussed a reunion at length before the Dolphins made a contract offer.
"Jason and I spent a lot of time going through the details -- what's important to me, what's important to him," Sparano said. "The two of us shared a lot of things. It has really been open, good, healthy communications. It's why this whole thing worked out."
Sparano said Taylor returns with a chip on his shoulder and something to prove after a disappointing year in Washington. He was plagued by injuries, struggled with a switch to left end and had only 3½ sacks, his lowest total since 1999.

If Taylor does play with a chip on his shoulder, this can only be a good thing for the Dolphins.
 
Sounds as if last season was a very humbling experience for him. Hopefully we can put all the negativity behind us and he finishes out his career on a high note.
 
Well if he truly has a chip on his shoulder, and it shows up on the field this season, then some real good things will happen for our Defense. I remember the last time he played with an Attitude, We kicked the undefeated Bears Butts in their Stadium, and Jason was a big reason why. I hope this entire Team plays with an attitude the whole season, i thought we earned RESPECT IN 08, but it seems as though the Patriot loving, Cowboy loving, Jet loving, Sanchez loving, Matt Ryan loving talking heads on ESPN, NFLN, dont believe in our Dolphins YET, WE ARE BACK AND THIS TEAM IS THE REAL DEAL!!!

Haha! I remember that game as if it was yesterday, I was on vacation with my brother in columbia. We were at the bar and I told him I was going to our room for a minute and when I got there the freakin game was on and we were leading in the 3rd quarter. I just went beserk cause really... I hate missing games and it never even crossed my mind to even chek if the game was on in this part of the world... Shoot it took at least 5-10 minutes for me to realize the sportscast was in spanish... Anyways off-topic but every time I hear bout that game brings back good memories...
 
Porter&Taylor together could/can cause havoc for many a QB's.....
"The coaches will find ways for us to make plays together," Porter said. "They know what he can do best, and they know what I can do best. They're going to find ways to make it work.
"I'm just happy to have him back," he said. "A guy like that causes so many problems. To have a chance to play with him again is going to be a good deal."
