While the Jets and Bills are stumbling, Miami, 4-12 last year, is tied with New England atop the division. A week after humbling the two-time defending champs, the Panthers went to South Florida and gave one away (three turnovers) to the Dolphins, 27-24. Serves as a reminder that every week is its own entity in the NFL. Ronnie Brown ran for 132 and the Dolphins are getting Ricky Williams back in a couple of weeks. They may be benefiting from playing at home in September, but by December they'll be legit, especially when Zach Thomas (17 tackles Sunday) & Co. really get comfy in Nick Saban's defense.

I don't think the Panthers "gave one away." They didn't have the lead at ANY point in the game.

I hate that, as if we had no business winning that game.

If anybody nearly gave the game away it was Miami who led most of the game, the only player on their team that really hurt us was Steve Smith.

the refs were rediculous and steve smith crying afterwards just goes to show you how fixed some of this stuff is. The refs gave Carolina every opportunity to win, but in the end, just like the Denver game, the defense made a big play when it counted most. Nothing more, nothing less.

Dust off the Lombardi Trophy and get it ready for Nick Saban cause we're going to win it all!! Yeah!!!

Note: I know. I know. But it's fun to say anyways.

Exactly. What did they mean by that??? Because this was officially an "upset"??

Other than that, I think they are right on.

Yeah I've heard that "gave it away" crap more than once. It discredits Miami. Look at the mistakes we made. I mean, we gave up two drives worth of yardage in penalties and threw an INT in the endzone on a drive that would have almost certainly netted us some more points. If you ask me, the way ot should be said is that The Dolphins Almost Gave One Away.

Either way, can you imagine how totally Pi**ed you'd be if we had lost that game yesterday? Between Madison and Howard I don't know who I would have been more upset with.

As for the point about giving the game away, what Jake did was no worse than Gus throwing an INT when we were ALREADY in FG position. CAR was not yet in position, and were going into the infield dirt.

If we could just stop the penalties!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shula must be having a heart attack over all the infractions! And i will not accept any complaint about the REFS! Face it! We are incurring these, and they are being called. If we could stop these, we would be legitimate wild card contenders. If not, we will all just be disapointed about what we could have done.
