Right but the Browns have two first round picks and they do need a QB.
 
I don’t want a high round QB this year. Find a cheap vet like Flacco, ship Tua Green out, let the chips fall where they may for ‘27.

The Browns may indeed pick a QB round one, but I don’t think that it’s a sure thing. Gabriel, in his 4 starts this season, had two games with a 90 or above passer rating. He threw 2 INT’s in his first game, and none after. They may feel that they have something there.

They need other pieces, too, so who knows what they do at this point. But, I’ve seen a quite a few mocks that have them taking an OT with their 1st pick.

Also, as it stands, there are only 2 games separating the 10th and 1st picks with 8 games to go. Literally anything can happen.
