The Ramsey and a 6 for a 7th is asinine.
If we can’t get at least a 4th then keep him and tell him to show up and show out, or stay home.
He signed the contract. Too bad. Deal with it![]()
I would agree with this, except that Grier has already said publicly that Miami intends to trade Ramsey. Why it was handled that way is definitely a fair question. If we can’t get at least a 4th then keep him and tell him to show up and show out, or stay home.

Dolphins brass needs to stop being soft when it comes to players under contract making demands.
Would be great if we could get Ramsey to agree to a restructrue but I highly doubt he's willing to do us any favors. The Eagles and Howie Roseman are always a model to follow when doing a deal. Look at the Bryce Huff deal they just did, they got a conditional 5th that can become a 4th if the underperforming Huff hits certain numbers. They also got Huff to restructure prior to the deal to make it more palatable for 49ers. Probably hard to expect Ramsey and Athletes First to be ultra cooperative in any restructuring, but if they really want to get outta town, and get to their preferred destination, then maybe something can get worked out. If I were a GM I'd be trying to copy anything Howie Roseman does.

Yeah, Mulugheta and Athletes First have been difficult for the Phins to deal with in the recent past. Like I said if they want to control where they go maybe they'll play ball.Would be great if we could get Ramsey to agree to a restructrue but I highly doubt he's willing to do us any favors.
Kill the messenger!I was referring to this line in the article:
My feeling is Ramsey gets released rather than traded, but either way, I'd argue the Dolphins aren't going to get a ton for him.
Really hope thats not the case and we get something for him.
Worst places to be stuck than MiamiI'd rather keep him.
