Espn why not kiss our ***?

Theismann thinks the Jaguars are going to win the AFC South!?

I swear, Tony Kornheiser can become the best commentator in MNF history simply by spending the entire broadcast challenging Theismann's opinions.

About the rest of the article... it is really disturbing to see such uniformity of opinion at ESPN.

very true

Why do people care? Is picking the Pats unrealistic? People need to get over this media hates the Dolphin bs, it's really turning into a joke.

what is funny is you guys bitching everytime 90% of writers DONT pick us.

are you guys kidding me? I frankly feel we are getting way TOO MUCH hype...i've seen at least a half dozen different analysts apparently pick us as the dark horse for the superbowl, which i dont even feel we deserve from that many writers.

I'm with you Don... sad would also describe it.

The Patriots are the Kings until someone actually BEATS them...we are paper tigers until we prove otherwise.

It's very possible. Hell, the Jaguars ALWAYS give the Colts a very tough match up. They almost knocked them out from their winning streak last year, which would have lead to the champaign bottles popping here in Miami.

The Jaguars have one of the top passing defenses in the league, plus they have Rashean Mathis. And now the Colts have no Edgerrin James? Yeah, I think it's very possible.

The thing is it doesnt work that way in football, your success last year in no way corrolates to your success this year, especially when you lose good players and your #1 WR is Reche Caldwell

Exactly. It's like people ignore all these other analysts picking us to be good so they can complain about media bias against the Phins. And I'm with you about wondering why so many are picking us. I think we can be good, I see no reason for us to be a favorite though.

Funny how that works. A guy is well-thought out and has done his homework if they pick the Phins if a guy picks against them he is automatically an idiot and this is my favorite "must not have watched the Dolphins play."

For the person who said Kornheiser should challenge Theismann in the box, I agree 100%. Just from watching them it seems that Tirico and Kornheiser are actually too smart for Theismann and have to "dumb it down," so he can get involved. I think the best announcer for any sport is Joe Buck and if MNF ever has the opportunity to bring him in it would be great. His baseball allegiance kinda hurts the possibility though.

I don't see a reason in making such a big deal about what ESPN is saying. They can't see the future, so how do they know which team will do what? All the writers do is guess what they think will happen. Let them pick the Patriots or whoever to be better than us. I'd rather see that then all of them picking the Phins to win, because the more people that pick against us, the more we will want to prove them wrong. I know Saban probably doesn't use media negativity to hype the team, but if one player sees it on their own, and uses it as bait to make him mad enough to beat a New England, or a Pittsburgh, then it works out better that they pick against us. So... To make a long story short, it's just a bunch of people making random guesses about who they THINK will do well. And, just beacuse they say it, doesn't make it true. In fact, if I remember correctly, a lot of people picked Carolina to win the Super Bowl last year. How did that work out? And didn't a lot of people pick the Jets to go to the playoffs, and the Eagles to go to the playoffs?

You forgot Brady and Favre. Its okay I forigve you

I loved how almost half of the analysts picked the Colts to win it all. I sort of found it amusing. But what about Tom Jackson giving JT defensive player of the year. Thats good to see.
