Cause Davis has 2 rings and is part of the 2000 yard club.. Unfortunately Zach doesnt have any rings.

I agree he should have been higher though

so a guy thats been to 3 pro bowls and 4 1000 yard seasons and almost every denver runningback gets 1000 yards a season how is that better then zach having 7 pro bowls & 2nd all time in tackles better?
 
Yet more evidence that draft positioning has more to do with hype than talent.

Looking at the full list of 50.....Jason Taylor definately belongs over some of those guys

I wish you were wrong but we cant argue with that. All those late season december swoons usually followed us right into the playoffs. Oh well
 
I actually think that Clayton should have been higher more than Zach...and Kuechenburg is very low on that list but then again he's never gotten the credit he deserves.

Davis only played 6 seasons
 
Zach has more PB appearances than Davis has seasons played.
 
Because of his knees

TD was probably on his way to the Hall of Fame.

Mark Clayton is another great draft steal, when the draft had many more rounds.

I believe Karl Mecklenburg came out of that draft too, the Broncos great defender? He was like a 12th round pick or something.
 
It's all opinion and Zach Thomas is named above some pretty special players who I'm sure fans of other teams might argue deserve to be placed higher too.
