ESPN is starting to piss me off, they dont even watch the games..did they see that we held the third best offense in the league..to just TEN POINTS...did they see that McNair only had 75 yards passing? We have three good recievers now, Chamber, Booker, and freeman..2 former probowlers and One soon to be probowler in chambers..If Lamar Gordon steps up and becomes the RB that he is supposed to become and AJ Feeley plays like his 4-1 Run with the eagles the whole season with us...then i Guarantee and superbowl win..
 
hate to burst ur bubble buddy but freeman got cut. I don't think we will make the superbowl but I do think we can still be a playoff caliber team.

I see nothing in this team that would lead anyone to guarantee a Superbowl. I definitely see a team that can be very competitive, and might have an outside shot at the playoffs, but Superbowl??:rolleyes: Not gonna happen, sorry. And yes, Freeman is long gone.

Just substitute McMichael for Freeman in your statement. You're right. There is a serious lack of in depth analysis at ESPN. I suspect it is because very few of the talking heads actually analyzed any of the game. They just repeat what they hear from their fellow "experts".

Trust me, I have plenty of faith in this team. But you have to be realistic here, what about this team would make you want to guarantee a superbowl?? I think the Phins will suprise a lot of people this year but I think you need to take the blinders off if you are taking it that far.
 
ESPN is full of crap. They created the "dolphins are gonna suck" bandwagon and everyone else jumped on it. I even heard a fact/fiction the other day when they asked if the dolphins would go winless! are you kidding me! the O won't be as bad as people make it out to be and the D is one of the better ones in the league. Lamar Gordon will be solid, and Chambers & Booker are one of the better receiving duos in the league, along with McMichael . IF AJ plays well, this O can be very good...and thats all it needs to be with this D.

I hate ESPN as much as anyone. The anti-ESPN threads are tired at this point.

If you don't like them......don't watch! I stopped watching, I live a much more enjoyable life.
