Guys I know our offense was inept today but here are some things that I noticed. Ricky looks sensational and I think Sparano should start him over RB. Ricky has exceptional vision that RB lacks and the explosiveness through the hole that has to be one of the best in the league. RB is what he is a power runner he never breaks one long and is always caught dancing in the back field. This is why our rushing attack has sucked for two seasons now. Our line gets a nice push but really struggled today with protection. Penny's ability to not throw down the field really hurts our running game because of the crowding of the box and blitzing. Our Wide outs are not bad but it seems like noone can break a tackle and take one to the house. Ted Ginn is scared to take a hit even the annoucers said he seem timid and they are always waiting for him to explode after the catch but never does. The defense played well lets all conclude that Merling is a gamer and should start. Will Allen was getting beat all day and our rookies looked good minus a couple of mistakes. Mark my words Taylor will have over ten sacks this year. Back to the offense why does Penny always look off the deep route and dunk it to the slot that is why Bess is so effective. Fasano played like garbage what am I talking about outside of Ricky the whole offense looked like garbage. I am tired of being bored when the offense takes the field and when third and ten come you can almost conclude its a 3 and out 90% of the time. Why didnt we draft Nicks he looked great to bad he sprained his ankle. I think we need a spark and these coaches need to find it

Insert Ricky as the starting tail back and let Pat White run more plays out of the spread atleast he can go deep to Ginn

Ronnie and Ricky both need more touches. They both seem like they get better with more carries...

Even the o-linemen said we need to run the ball more and get into a groove.

Hard to run the ball when there is no threat to throw the ball downfield. And that includes Henne, who didn't do it in preseason. Our offense was so vanilla yesterday it wasn't funny.

Atlanta looked fast on that artificial turf. Much faster than the fins. The combination of 1st game, artificial turf and being an away game was much more of a factor in this loss than you think. I think we will come back and beat the colts next monday night. hang in there guys....

I agree both need more touches but we need to develop the strategy and go with who has the hot hand. Ricky had that yesterday. They should go in this week and work on the deep pass with White

I dont even want to know what is in store for us with the Colts. We might be able to squeak out a win if they only score 14 on the Jag. We cant turn the ball over.

Henne threw the ball downfield much more in preseason than any other qb we have.
