Sorry I am not posting any great insight. I only get radio.
How did they do?
Larnell Coleman. We really need somebody.
Deiter. Same old?
Jackson. Can he be an average RT?

Anybody else?

Couple of snippets from my perspective:

  • Thrill looked good before the injury. Hope it is a bone bruise. Still would take 4-6 weeks.
  • Iggy: He looked bad. Miscommunication or just giving up plays frequently.
  • Middle LBs: late to the LOS and often taking bad angles. Not impressed with backups.
  • At times the defensive line was non-existent. Giving no pressure to their QB's and too many running yards.
  • Benito and Jenkins did make a few plays in between the run gashes.
  • Conner seems like a keeper and makes plays. Otherwise, TE's were not used much.
  • Bowden Jr made a few good catches and returned a good punt. I would keep him if he takes over the punt and kickoff duties. Otherwise we have others who have been more consistent.
  • Sklyar looks pretty decent. I would invest in him.
  • Sanders looks like he has regained his mojo.
  • Coaches looked interested rather than the blank stare of Flores. Not quite as animated as Sparano, but appropriate.

Thanks. I did liked

I disliked Flores when he was the coach and that only increased post fire.
Your critique helps.
Thanks again.

Game one PS. No gameplan, many staters not out there. PS2 will be an actual game and give us the only real glimpse we'll get pre opener.
Used to be PS game #3 was a bit of a dress rehearsal with starters and second string guys.
Game 4 was for bubble players trying to impress.
I do not know how they are viewed now.

I just told you how they are viewed. PS2 is the dress rehearsal game. PS3 is mostly backups.
