Evan Silva: Dolphins/Colts most likely trade partners for Mike Wallace

The Dolphins have plenty of money available. This year's salary cap is highly manipulable (I believe the CBA even allows you to 'borrow' up to $2 or $3 million in space from future years) and they are scheduled to be like $60 million under the cap in 2013. Trust me, I don't think money is an issue. Is he worth it, or not? That should be the main discussion.

I don't know how to regard this but Legion Sports (@MySportsLegion) tweeted that Y! Sports is reporting that the Dolphins, Colts and Cowboys have had preliminary discussions with the Steelers about Mike Wallace.

If he played like he did the first half of last season, then yes he is worth it.

Well at least Ireland is kicking the tires.

Would be interesting if the Dolphins and another team made serious offers.

We'd probably have to enter a bidding war.

If we get Wallace, our receiving core INSTANTLY becomes a position of strength. IMO, Wallace is better than Marshall. Plus this guy has speed, speed, and more speed. As all dolphin fans know, it has been YEARS since miami had a guy who could take it to the house on any play. Wallace is that guy. As the poster above said...he is what we hope gates would become. Gotta get him!!
