That ship has sailed! Grier has already said he won't be on the team this season. There is no coming back from that.
 
He’s gotta go! No player is worth the destruction… we’re not winning this year or even next but two more drafts that beef up our trenches plus buying some help we can contend by 2030. Ramsey not part of it… good for him he made lots of $…

Ramsey is toast, tyreek probably here all year though unless we are cooked by trade deadline
 
Ramsey trade is already pending. We just don't know where or when. We do need him but that's not going to stop this trade from happening. If Grier felt like they need him and don't want to trade him then he would never announce they are shopping him like he did in his pre draft press conference. He gone and I'm not really disappointed. Hopefully Hill will go with him.

Umm, nice idea. But Jalen Ramsey would probably disagree with you and if you don’t think he can force his way out you havent been paying attention to what the NFL has become. They will trade him, post June 1st, and we will sign two or 3 free agents in the secondary to supplement the competition we’ll have with our draft picks, UDFAs, and the leftovers from last year. We trade him post June 1st we pick up another $8m in cap space. We trade him before June 1st it. Costs us like $9 million or something like that. He will not stay on this team, and McDaniels doens’t want him either as their relationship by all reports is FUBAR. He’s gone post June 1st, doesn’t matter if we need him or not, our need isn’t going to trump the other factors.
