Jimmy Johnson is the root of all the evil's plaguing the Dolphins right now.
HE was the bright guy that brought Dave Wannstedt down to Miami knowing full well he was grooming him to take his job. Dave Wannstedt, in turn, hired Rick Spielman and the rest is history.

Johnson is certainly accomplished at evaluating and finding talent in regards to player personnel, but he can't do the same when it comes to selecting coaches.

With all the DW/RS bashing going on around here, I just felt it necessary to remind everyone who it was that brought them to the team.

you make a valid point, the moment I heard Wanstetds name as a dolphin "assistant-coach", i knew we were up to no good...Somehow i seen this coming a long time ago, I was just trying to stay upbeat about it, only to find out i was kidding myself....but you're right, JJ brought him in here, not becuz of his coaching abilities but more for his freindship and favor...So JJ did screw us one way after all.

We go 10-6 last season and barely miss the playoffs. Now we're 0-3 and looking at a long season. How did Wannstedt get so bad overnight?? It's not him, it's the players. Look at Vermeil, won a Super Bowl 5 years ago. KC started off 9-0 last year and made it to the playoffs. Now they're also 0-3 and don't look good. Did Vermeil go bad all of a sudden?? Think about it - it's the players and right now our offense is bad.
