Man, the negativity of one loss. We lost to the Titans, a team that was 12-4 last year and if they could of had homefield advantage against the Pats, no doubt they would of beaten them (they played in negative temperatures). The Titans are a team that is no doubt a Super Bowl contender. We lost to them 17-7, not bad. Although our offense is horrible and may or may not get better, our defense is still something to be excited about. Let's face it, if where going to the playoffs, where going to have to win games that have scores like 17-7. 13-10, ect. We lost one, no doubt, and it hurts, but we did lose to a Super Bowl contender and if the ball bounced our way once or twice that game, things could of been different. I'm just sayin, let's not overreact here. One game down, 15 to go. I got confidence that this defense is going to step up big. Go Dolphins!!

We'll be fine the only thing better would be to have Fireman Ed fall off his brothers shoulders. I hate that guy.

I agree pretty much. Only thing is, IMO, you make alot of your OWN luck. Now...I'm not saying the crap that the patties have been livin' off of is karma because they're so damn good, as far as I'm concerned there's NO explanation for the amount of luck they've gotten, but, to me the breaks tend to go to those teams/people that do the little things right, and there was a TON of little things done wrong by the Dolphins yesterday. Some because we still have the same idiot HC, some because of green players, either way...we didn't DESERVE the win.

I'm totally optimistic on the team's possibilities this year now that Feeley will be starting. Not panicing (sp) in ANY way...got my panicing outta the way during the off-season...plenty of ammo there.

I'm counting on AJ being the starter for a while to come. If Whiney was to pull him during or after next week's game, he'd be linched. He's put himself into a corner on the QB situation, and I'm glad.

GO FISH!!

I'm sitting here looking at the scores and I see " " the expert picks to make the playoffs losing...Balt-3/ 13 Clev, NO-7/21 Seattle. I wonder if the experts are gonna say that NO and Balt are the worst teams in there division because they lose their first games? You don't see either of those teams going through the offseason we have and they are going into the season with out rebuilding there entire O side of the ball like the fins have. Everyone (experts) say Baltimore have the best D in the league and they give up 13 to the Clevland Browns we only give up 10 to the Titans and we are the worst team in the AFC east....Whatever losers!

I am pissed and do not want to relax!

I want Wanny out of Miami! He is a train wreck and I want him OUT! He stunk in Chicago and he stinks here! There are NO excuses. With the talent we have there is NO way we should have lost that game - nor been out of the playoffs for years now...

We've seen this the past few years. We depend on our defense to win games. Our offense does not hold the ball long enough and by the 10th game of the season, our defense is warn down.

Navyfish, that's a good point and reminds me of a quote I read from Teddy Roosevelt a few years ago and it makes a heck of a lot of sense, "Luck is the close allie of a winner". It really isn't luck, good things come from good attitudes and work ethic.
