LOS ANGELES - A former NFL defensive lineman has died from an injury sustained in an Arena Football League game. Al Lucas, 26, of the Los Angeles Avengers, apparently injured his spine Sunday while attempting to make a tackle in the first quarter of a game against the New York Dragons in Los Angeles.
