Considering that Harrington had just one day of practice with the first string, I thought that was a very good showing by him. How many QBs could move the ball against the Patriots that well with six hours of practice with teammates. If he gets the starting nod this week (I would be amazed if Saban doesnt give it to him) I expect more than 20 points against the jests. In fact, I'll predict an a@# whooping. More than 28. I think after a full week under his belt we'll be in a fairer position to evaluate how good or bad Harrington can be

If Dante is "healthy" unfortunately will start. If Joey did start with a full week to prepare i would say he is going to have some success playing on Sunday. I think he would do better than Dante would with a full week of practice.

I think Daunte's shoulder injury will need more time to heal after watching Harrington's perormance. It seems that for whatever reason, dating back to all the preseason games, Joey is able to produce more with this offense than Daunte does. I would like to see him get a week of practice and see what he can do.

GO PHINS~!

joey harrington is a bust. thats why we got him so cheap!! culpepper is starting to get in a rythm so get him the ball

The way Joey has played i hope his "Shoulder injury" last as long as possible. Dante struggled against Tennessee and Houston which are piss poor defenses. He's getting sacked 5 times a game but when Joey gets in against a good team he is only sacked 1 time. I said this even before Dante came here that he can't read defenses for the life of him but when he came i was hoping that he could break the habit, so far i've been disapointed. IMO Joey gives us the best chance to be productive as an offense.

I'm still waiting to see him break out his new dance that was supposed to replace his roll on.

If he's bust and he looks better than Dante what does that make Dante? Not being a smart *** just asking a question. If both of these guys are looking this bad who do we turn to next? Lemon? a #1 draft pick QB? When is the QB insanity going to stop?

I think joey did fine this week. he had them down at the 2 when we were down 0-6.................oops holding on peel, back to the 38, and a missed fg. then a 2nd and short was turned into a passing down by a fals start. the resulting int was made because the safty had help deep and knew he could jump the route. the 2nd int off of wes,..........well.that crap happens. give joey the ball 'till at least the bye week. people who say that pep is still getting his timing down can let him get it in practice. you can't get your timing down while you are on your back. face it, he isn't ready to come back from the surgery.

I expect 10 to 16 points scored and hope the defense and keep the Jets under that. Unless we have a revamped OL then I expect the same results.

I think a weeks worth of practice is all that is keeping Joey from being Marinoesque, his talent will amaze all doubters.

I'd be happy with Damon Huardesque

An 80 or higher QB rating would make things interesting.
