I see all kinds of blame being thrown towards Ginn. How can this be? He caught every ball thrown at him. Pennington was being tackled and had to pitch the reverse to him. Players dont look handoffs in the ball is to be handed to them (thus the word handoff). He faced double teams all game and Bess spent the end of the second in the locker room leaving us with no one to replace him. I like Teddy but I know he needs to improve, the whole team does. The blame goes to the OL and Penningtons bad decisions. How does a guy with no turnovers and no mistakes the cause of this loss? get real! Get over him being drafted #1 thats Cams fault not Teddy's.

The blame is on nobody. It was a great season, we just don't have enough talent yet. People should stop whining like little girls and realize we were given a great season that we can build on.

It's no one players fault...You win as a team, and you lose as a team.
Football is different than baseball and basketball, where you have playoff
series....one bad game in the football playoffs and you're done.

it was ginns fault on the reverse. but we had far more mistakes that led to this lose then just that.

The loss isn't Ginn's fault. In fact, I have been a harsh critic of his and I think he actually improved. He needs to work on route running and catching as he dropped way to many passes this year. If he learns to run good routes, he will have the opportunity for YAC, which he gets none of now. A good receiver on the other side will help him as well.

Did anyone here play football? The ball is to be placed into your chest on a hand off. the play was blown up and Pennington was getting tackled as he handed off the ball. Ricky was laying on his back after getting blown up and Pennington flipped the ball to Ginn. He could have handeled he ball but it wasnt his fault it was the horrible blocking by our OL.

If Ginn doesn't fumble that we have a 6 yard loss instead of 15 and still have to punt, end of conversation. There were at least 3 Ravens within the general area.

It's noones fault.. As someone wrote earlier this is a teamsport.. You win as a team you lose as a team..
and on the reverse this was just great blitzing by the Ravens.. Ray Lewis grabbed Pennington's arm before he could hand it off to Ginn so the ball can loose before Ginn could have grabbed the ball.. If Lewis comes in just a half or quarter second later this turns out to be a big play, maybe a TD..

I don't blame Ginn for that play.

I do blame him in part for the second interception as he was far too late in looking for the ball, then fell down when trying to adjust. The ball did need to be thrown more outside, but it wasn't that bad, he could've gotten over to it had he seen the flight of the ball earlier.

I've defended Ginn this year and think he's improved considerably, but this and a couple of other routes today make me think he and Pennington still aren't always on the same page.

Does anybody here know if Ginn could have thrown the ball away if he would have been able to pick up the football ?

I saw Ginn twice run his route and then stop and watch the play. Once we Pennington got sacked. A good reciever like D. Bess breaks off his route and tries to go back to the ball or the QB.

I really really wanted this guy to work out....but man he isn't showing me much more than a UDFA from hawaii. Whom Im starting to love.

I think Ginn did alright, he is still developing. I'd like to see him as a speedy WR rather than a gadget-player.
