Hopefully he makes it to us met with Giants today & meeting with Pats tomorrow. Seems to have some upside & Rotoworld is pretty high on him.

Good to see them starting to look at guards. We need to at least sign one veteran guard.

Miami probably has a decent shot at getting him with the Benton connection.

Smith has appeared in 25 games, starting eight, the past two seasons. He played 371 offensive snaps in 2013 and received glowing reviews for his run-blocking. Smith is a strong pulling guard who would make sense for teams that implement zone-blocking schemes. The Rams don't appear to have much interest in re-signing Smith, even though they need a ton of help up front.

Fantastic news. Best guard left on the market, great upside. Reminds me of a guy in the draft that I really like in Trai Turner. Great athletes, absolute maulers in the run game and struggle as pass protectors. Plug him in at LG and we'll open up a ton of holes, I pray he gets out of NE.
