The Dolphins today released wide receiver Ronald Bellamy and signed veteran guard Frank Middleton.
- Middleton, 30, has played in 109 games during his career (92 starts). He played the past four years with the Oakland Raiders after spending the first four years of his career with Tampa Bay (1997-2000).
- Frank Middleton has a lot of experience and can be effective as an in-line blocker, but has a lot of limitations. He lacks the makeup most teams are looking for at this point. He's one of those traditional Raiders. FoxSports
