The larger problem isnt Sparano, or Ginn being a bust, or who is the QB, Henne or Penny.

The real problem is at the top, above Parcells.

Mr H blew it again. No, this isnt a criticism of Parcells. He's a fine coach, AND a rookie CEO.

This team and its fans deserved better than a rookie HC this time around.

We had Mustache, Saban, Cameron, now Sparano. By hiring Parcells as GM/CEO or whatever his title is, Huizenga ensured our new HC would be a Parcells protege...a rookie in other words.

The state of this team demanded a veteran HC, not another experiment.

Not another 'works in progress' type coach.
Not another HC that would learn on the job.

Whether Mr. H should have made a stronger run at Cowher or not, any coach with HC petigree should have been a criteria written in stone.

I know many of you will point to other rookie HC doing pretty good, look at the Steelers. But the Fins are not the Steelers. No where near the talent level on this roster.

The Fins have been losers for a little while now...better said, they havent been a contender in forever.

This team is far from being turned around...and just as far from showing progress or improvement on the field...at least improvement that anyone other than the rookie HC can observe!

Mr. H, you blew it with another flawed hiring strategy.

Next?

Some people are ridiculous kneejerkers.

I am not one of them.

Yes, after more than 10 years, I am a "kneejerker".

Too bad there arent more of us...if there were, we'd probably have an

experienced HC with competitive talent by now, who knows, maybe

we'd have a playoff team...what a thought.

But no, you remain 'patient'.

How many years of loosing does it take b/4 it's not kneejerking anymore.

Sorry new regime.. they deserve more than 2 games. Screaming for wholesale changes after 2 games is kneejerking.

Unless you totally thought we looked like contenders during the preseason against players who likely are working at Walmart right now.

you guys are right. lets get rid of all these clowns. we'll bring in a brand new FO next year, much better than Parcells and Co.(lol), and when they start 0-2, we'll fire them on the spot, not even waiting til after the season.

? one season does not a team make. What was BP able to build on from last years team? a team with 1-15 record doesn't have any pieces to build on. wanny, saban, cam left us with nothing!

well considering this is an entirely new staff I would have to say 2 more years. See, the clock started over when the Fins hired their current staff.

:rolleyes2:
Wow, I have never seen 1 poster create more worthless posts and rants as much at this... Yeah, this franchise is a complete failure after, uh, wait, 2 games?!.. yeah, 2 games...

Completely worthless point of views

Where's this ignore feature

This thread is an epic failure. When all else fails blame Wayne!

And after 2 years bring in another rookie head coach and give him 2 more years.:boohoo:

Why wait even a year? I say we bring in a coach and give him one game. He loses, he's fired and we bring someone else in. He wins, he's given another game. Rinse and repeat.

There you go, Gonzo, taking accountability to a whole new level.
